Office Renovation

Medical Office Renovation

It is a 12,000 sq. ft. building that is located in El Cajon, and owned by a Native American Tribe. This project includes development of interior office space, and conversion to a medical office building. The client is a Native American Tribe.

Dome Construction

RMM has worked with Dome Construction to establish their building business in the San Diego region. Dome Construction is a 50+ year builder of biotechnology, healthcare, office and higher education projects. Dome is well respected by their clients as evidenced by the repeat business with many of their high tech clients such as Google and biotechnology clients including Gilead, Genentech, and many others. We are proud to be a part of their team focused on growing their market share in all of the above markets!

Linesight

RMM has assisted Linesight with their business development efforts in Southern California. Linesight has a multitude of sectors that includes Commercial, Data Centers, Life Sciences, Healthcare, High-Tech Industrial, Hospitality, Education, Residential, Retail, Transportation, and Infrastructure. RMM provides business development planning and strategy to Linesight to increase their client base with a primary focus on their life science manufacturing experience in providing project controls including program management, project management, cost management, supply chain management, health and safety.

Buena Vista Rancheria

RMM contracted with LPA Architects, and a local General Contractor to plan and construct a 12,000 sq. ft. Government Building for the Me-Wuk Band of Indians located in Ione, Ca. The two-story office building will provide a consolidated work space for the Harrah’s casino management staff, the gaming commission and gaming authority personnel and the tribal leadership members.

San Diego Museum Of Art

RMM has completed a five-month Feasibility Study for the San Diego Museum of Art. The study included programming studies, planning refinements, and concept design. The study encompasses a proposed renovation of interior and exterior space that would increase visitor capacity, expand accessibility for education and public programs, and improve facilities for the collection and exhibitions.
